The Yearly AA Inspection report
of all reviews this is the one to take notice of
DATE OF INSPECTION TYPE 25 October 2021 Day Inspection INSPECTOR CONTACT Eva Mrs & Mr Christine and Chris Dennis Proprietors
It was a pleasure to visit the Presbytery Guest House for this annual day inspection.
The property presents really well on arrival with good clear signage and a secure coded gate.
The parking area is well looked after with defined parking spaces and an EV charging point.

Internally, the good impression continues with welcoming public areas which retain many of the building's original features.
A spacious lounge for guests offers a warm and comfortable place to relax in, with a beautiful wood-burning stove.

Decor throughout is traditional, very much in keeping with the style of the property and remains in good condition.

Stairs and hallways were neat and tidy and had a fresh atmosphere.
On this occasion, I had the opportunity to visit the 'Walnut' bedroom which offers good quality furnishings and beautiful views of the garden.

Beddings are in good order and it has been noted that one of the beds will be updated over the coming year.

The two bathrooms seen are well maintained and continue to meet with expectations. Cleanliness standards were found to be diligent with no lapses noted.

As a result of this visit, an AA Three GOLD Star Grading with Bed and Breakfast Designator has been retained.

We wish you well for the remainder of the year and are looking forward to our next round of inspections
